At Travely eSIM, we aim to provide a reliable and seamless connectivity experience. Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, the following refund conditions apply:
1. Non-Activated eSIMs
Customers may request a refund if the purchased eSIM has not been activated. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Activated eSIMs
Once an eSIM has been activated or installed on a device, it is generally non-refundable. However, a refund may be issued if there is a technical issue caused by our service that prevents the eSIM from functioning properly. Our support team will first perform troubleshooting to verify the issue before determining refund eligibility.
3. Unused Data
Any unused data allowance from an activated eSIM is not refundable.
4. Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within one (1) working day. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
5. Support and Refund Requests
If you experience any issues with your eSIM, please contact our support team at support@travelyesim.com with details of the problem. Our team will assist with troubleshooting and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
